The bridge owns editor-only adapter registration and DTO translation. It reloads UCM setup before initial TTER discovery and normalizes natural projected-route arguments to the generic request_json endpoint convention while TTER, UMCP, and UCM retain lifecycle, transport, access, audit, and route authority.
