Hosting and delivery

• This website is prepared for Cloudflare Pages.
• When pages are requested, technically necessary access data may be processed, such as IP address, time, requested file, transferred data volume, referrer, and browser or system information.
• The purpose is secure, stable, and fast delivery of the website.
• The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR: legitimate interest in a technically functional and secure website.

Email, contact form, and support contact

• If you contact us by email or through the contact form, we process the information you provide in order to handle the request.
• The current contact form prepares an email draft in your email application. This static website does not store form submissions in a database.
• The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR where communication relates to pre-contractual or contractual matters, otherwise Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.
• The data is deleted once it is no longer required for handling the request, unless legal retention obligations apply.

External platforms and embedded content

• Links to Fab, Discord, or other external platforms lead to third-party services.
• When you click those links, the privacy and usage terms of the respective platform apply.
• YouTube, Discord, LinkedIn, and Fab widgets may be used only in product presentation, explanation, support, or tutorial contexts.
• Third-party widgets are not auto-loaded. Product or tutorial embeds load only after explicit activation on the relevant product page.
• After activation, the respective third-party provider may process access data and may use cookies or similar technologies under its own terms.

This website currently does not set first-party cookies, does not use web analytics, and does not load advertising trackers. Product and tutorial pages may contain placeholders for YouTube, Discord, LinkedIn, or Fab widgets, but those third-party widgets are not loaded automatically.

If a visitor activates an embedded third-party widget, the respective provider may process access data and may use cookies or similar technologies under its own terms. If analytics, newsletters, payment features, or server-side form processing are added later, this privacy policy must be updated and, where required, a consent mechanism under Section 25 TDDDG must be implemented.
